Chair:

A most elegant easy chair with a widely swept bow-shaped back, originally in production between approx 1954 and 1985. The dark stain on these comfortable chairs has been removed and the wood fully restored, revealing the beauty of the solid beech frame, and the webbing replaced with new Pirelli webbing. Each chair is supplied with a new piped and zipped foam seat cushion pad and matching piped and zipped 63cm fibre scatter cushion to provide a comfortable backrest. Please note that one of the chairs is missing a wooden peg end, as shown clearly in one of the photos. This in no way detracts from its overall beauty or usage.

Footstool:

A useful straight-sided footstool with convex ends, comfortable in its own right and fitting a variety of Ercol models including the 364. Added to the chair it produces a very comfortable ‘chaise longue’ combination. The solid beech frame has, once again, had its dark stain removed and the wood fully restored, the webbing also being replaced with new Pirelli webbing. The footstool is supplied with a new piped and zipped foam cushion pad.
